Thanks. I tried to find the information about 540 but there
isn't any. What I am interesting to know is if it really
support 133Mhz front side bus.

Kash and all, Tom's Hardware Guide measures performance of both the i810 Whitney chipset and the SiS620 chipset. Both chipsets have integrated graphics, and both chipsets support Celeron.

The results may look confusing because the author also compares the integrated graphics controllers to plugged-in TNT cards. In other words, one test uses the Whitney integrated graphics controller, and another test disables the that integrated controller and tests the same chipset with a PCI-based Riva TNT card. Also, there are no Quake II scores for the SiS620 graphics controller, but there are for the SiS620 with a Riva TNT.

In short, the Whitney's gaming performance ranges from 10% to 27% *below* a comparable platform using the Riva TNT graphics controller. That isn't very respectable from a gamer's perspective, but it's enough for someone who cares most about price and only plays 3D games occasionally.

By the way, the SiS620 wasn't even close, both in gaming and in Business Winstone 99. That chipset needed to be paired with a Riva TNT in order to be competitive, but that defeats the purpose of an integrated graphics controller. But to be fair, the SiS620 was introduced last year, and the newer SiS630 should be coming later this year.

Finally, the author, Brent Kerby, concludes with this:

I must say that Intel did a fine job with their newest chipset member, the i810. Although the performance offered by this solution isn't mind blowing it is very respectable for an integrated low-cost solution. Most Celeron based systems shipped by Tier 1 companies to date are configured with video solutions that provide less than spectacular 3D gaming. With the introduction of i810 based systems these same companies can provide a platform that provides reasonable performance for the occasional/average 3D gamer. However, with the release of upcoming more demanding 3D game titles, the i810 chipset solution could soon fall short in performance for the next generation of 3D gaming.
