I am sure there are many more questions. Please forward them to me.

Ok!

The only difference is that to call out you have to dial an access number.

The instructions on Metroplus's website indicate a call-back system. Is the call-back in addition to the access number?

We will quickly expand through the purchasing of wholesale minutes through other VoiceOver IP backbones.

Since this is where ultra-discount long-distance providers are also buying wholesale minutes, where is Metroplus's cost advantage? In addition, a previous PR spoke of flat-rate unlimited long-distance; if Metroplus is buying access "by the minute", how does it expect to make money?

MetroPlus builds a special switch

Which vendor is supplying the core routing/switching hardware? How many simaltaneous calls can one PC handle? Alternatively, how many PCs to handle 1000 simultaneous calls?

We can sell a license

Is the license for the hardware or the software?

Our market for licensees is similar to that of a franchise

What are the licensee fees? When can one become a licensee?

We are mainly a marketing organization

Two questions on this: (a) please tell me this wasn't supposed to sound as MLM-ish as it sounds, and (b) if Metroplus is primarily a marketing organization, who developed the technology?

And unrelated to anything in the PR, what is the connection between Metroplus and Telfx?
