When I spoke with Rick at Net Shepherd, He told me that they hope to be listed on NASDAQ by the end of the year 2000. He didn't say that it would not occur until the end of that year. The process may very well begin over the next few months. I think, and just my interpretation, he was indicating that their goal is "no later" than the end of the year 2000. They would definitely need to increase their value for a listing in the US. Marty
