Vman, couldn't they tie them on, like waterskiers, and tow them up? Anyway, they could just make the tube longer, sort of like a vertical train and stack them all up like that.

One constellation per launch, now we're talking.

Maybe Globalstar needs a purpose built rocket with LESS lifting capacity. Pretty soon I'll have my Graviton Spin Reversal [TM] system operating and then we'll see some cheap launching. Satellites will float at any altitude. No need for them to do handoffs.
