Aren't all things mutable and subjective, after all?

I didn't say that. Do you acknowledge no middle ground between "all things are mutable and subjective" and "all things are absolute and objective"?

Are you daring to make value judgments?

Every day. But I acknowledge mine as subjective, based on information or perception which may not be complete (nobody's is), and possibly in error. I have no respect for absolutism in any philosophy or in any form.

Objectivism's logic is external reality based on existence first outlined by Aristotle.

Perceptions of objective reality have changed since Aristotle. They continue to change today. Our perceptions are fallible, and all judgements based on those perceptions are fallible.

There do exist universal truths which no amount of opinion or polls can change.

I can think of one: Emile is an ass. There are others. But there are many others that are not so obvious, where we have no choice but to use subjective and fallible judgement.
