Les,

This morning in the Los Angeles Times, there was an
editorial by Johnathan Miller, a law professor that
specializes in international law. He points out that
many of the targets chosen by NATO such as television
stations, discotecs, cigarette factories, and other
civilian infrastructure are clearly illegal. He said
that if this keeps up there could be indictments in
the Hague of Bill Clinton and other NATO officials for
war crimes.
