The last time I talk with Frank I ask him about the sec crap. He told me that it did not concern the company but past employees of the company and there was nothing to worry about. I have nothing to back this up with but maybe there is some good news coming and people that are in the know (aunts uncle cousins friends) are getting in. it does not matter to me Im going to ride it out to the top or the bottom..

Actually, if you read my FIBR posts you'll see that I doubled my shares about a year ago at $2.00, sold all at $18.00, and didn't recommend again until about $7.50. Today it's hitting $11 1/2. At this point, it's not for the faint of heart. The shorts are very powerful and have included bad press from Barrons and Bloomberg. But their technology has been highlighted in many technology journals, they have some very recent big clients, like MediaOne, and 8 of top 10 printer manufacturers. They partner with Fore Systems on DWDM equipment, making equipment themselves that splits fiberoptic signals into 16 and 32 channels (each fiber cable can carry 32 separate channels by splitting the light into its colors). This is only one part of company. They planned an IPO of their NSIL group which may be on hold since Bloomberg published a very misleading article. But check it out and make your own decisions!
