Howdy,

Although I love playing with TweakUI, for both 95 and 98 systems, I haven't really toyed with the Repair options. I think I tried it with the icons once or twice, but never ran into any problems. It's a good thing though that they show a little explanation of what each operation would do if so chosen.

Tweak UI Stuff: (Again)

Just a suggestion. When you first install Tweak UI, copy down the settings you find before changing anything. Since SOME programs won't install while Tweak UI is running, you MAY need to set your system back, UN-install TUI, install your new program, then Re-install TUI.

Sounds like a bit of a chore, but can be done in five minutes, and could save hours of frustration.

Cheerios, PW.

PS. I'd appreciate a PM of your default settings. I didn't know enough to record mine, and now that I wish I had them, I don't.
