bundashus: As I had reported in the past, people connected with TMCS have been under the impression for several weeks that the deal has no chance of passing. There are also some potential suiters out there and somebody will make a move. Have I bought more shares? I am concentrating my actions right now on BKS and ORCL until TMCS becomes a little less speculative and news appears more firm. Will I buy more? Once BKS spins off BNBN, I believe that I will put a good amount into TMCS as news should be forthcoming by then. There is extremely little downside potential to TMCS.

don't forget usai did sell part of tmcs american express and others when the deal was originally announced. but still tmcs controls over 50%, which is the clear problem.
