I think perhaps many companies have such an item. However the more attractive a company is for a takeover, the more often you see them. Alot of companies come out with them prior to advancements or positive developments which increases other companies interests in them as a means of protecting themselves against hostile takeovers or to perhaps limit their attraction. Im not a pro regarding shareholders rights plans and poison pills. All the posturing by Delphi and now this, which incidentally was drawn up weeks ago just after the Delphi announcement (as per my conversation with Jim Perry and as previously posted by myself on the thread) seems to elude to something happening.
