I fail to see your point
or
Are the Serbians killing Albanians or murdering them, in your world that is ?

I am pushing home the fact that live in a fallacious palace of self importance that is a chance of your birth. Nothing you say makes any sense to anyone who is under fire. You contend from a solid cultural background, yet fail to acknowledge that background in all your precepts. Your points will never be made to anyone who doesn't share your background.
The world didn't spring up out of some men's minds, it was made by everybody. Police aren't a mental force and do not represent some mystical genii who make it all happen, the bullets they shoot are ignorant things, disrespectful of what you call rights. Police and soldiers have a distressing tendency to shoot at those whom they are told to shoot at. The body is a real thing. Where do you think all the bright lights come from.

We all contribute, even those who do not wish to.

No, Graystone is correct, and you know it. Not all homicide is murder. You yourself have posted that it may be necessary to kill someone to protect your own life. That is homicide but not murder.
