best way to sell NN to a LU, Csco, Alacatel, Siemens, Motorola, Ericsson, Nokia, NEC, COMS or Tellabs is to get mgmt team out and have large mutal fund powerbrokers will help get new team in and set up merger. when severino and ludwick were pushed out of wellfleet and synoptics (ie bay networks) then investors help bring in david house and set up nortel merger. as long as terry matthews is in the throne ;the emperor wears no clothes. terry doesn't need the money so why didn't he give the CEO job to Lutz? because terry is a head case.....and he wants to play with his NN toy until he breaks it then walks away. hey terry matthews, please walk away now and let the employees have a chance. and keep innovation inside NN and not let it walk out the door every night to share with your fake blue blood friends. someday i will publish my memoirs and get sued by all...but it is the truth so i will avail.
