Seems like they generally went by timestamps, but other factors such as TSCM membership and maybe previous flipping may have overruled.

Does anyone think Platinum level (get TSCM subscription free) or amount of revenue generated at ETrade had any effect, if not previous flipping? How about previous luck in getting IPO's? I know they want to spread around the shares.

I'm Platinum, and the only previous IPO I've gotten from them is CDOT, which I haven't flipped. I got 100 shares, but I did have a pretty good timestamp at 4:30.

I'm probably giving them too much credit for having some type of logical process. They probably just threw darts...
