HITT news made today's New York Times First, the investment will significantly enhance the tangible book value of the Company, and give them the money the need to further develop the Hitsgalore brand. Second, the new shares are restricted and subject to a lock-up agreement, therefore we will NOT see them dumped into the market anytime soon. Third, a billion dollar capitalization is justified by the growth rate of the revenues, and the potential for continued strong growth. For an example look at my old "quick and dirty" posting under the old SCMI thread. Note: revenues have grown significantly since then. The Doc
