PiMac, that sounds okay, but then he was unlucky and got caught. So then what? The ball is then in our court (i.e., the country's). Anyway, the reason there are perjury laws is the presumption that people will have motives to lie, and the desire to discourage them. I have been involved in a lawsuit arising out of a traffic accident, and my attorney wanted me to sign false interrogatories, and I would not. The only reason that I didn't get rid of her as a lawyer was that the insurance company hired her. Finally, it is a matter of honor...
