I think Samuel L. Blumenfeld <<is the author of eight books on education, including "Homeschooling: A Parents Guide to Teaching Children." His books are available on Amazon.com.>> better stick to his books on homeschooling. Serbia is far from the Caspian Sea and of damned little use if one wants to "control" the oil resources of the area. It has no ports, airfields of consequence and hardly matters to the Gulf/Caspian Sea areas. Why would we throw away all our neat missiles along with our credibility at Serbia if our target is the Caspian Sea Oil?
