Thread here is a program which was posted to this thread some time back which works well for freeing RAM. Shareware standard version works for me I do not know what the professional version does for the money. meikel.com ht david

That IS a lot! Are you on dialup? Does it (browsemaster) speed up your surfing a lot? Yes I'm on dialup and Browsemaster speeds it up 10 fold maybe more--just click "Get All New Messages" and it starts downloading, it's really wonderful. I'm kind of sketchy on how it works, but when you are connected to it you get an intrAnet indication in the lower right portion of your browser (IE) instead of internet. I'd probably give 10MB to keep it <bg> I'm going to try your bitmap trick and see how that works. I'm also going to try and prune some of the excess--like the FAX. Lou
