Did you not see our news release? I will repeat it for you: May 5, 1999 Ag Armeno Mines and Minerals Inc. (“Armeno”) was successful in obtaining an early Court date for the hearing of the application of Newmont Gold Company to determine its status as a Defendant in the British Columbia Supreme Court action commenced by Armeno with respect to the Batu Hijau Copper/Gold Mining Project in Indonesia. The application was heard in the British Columbia Supreme Court on May 4, 1999 and was substantially concluded, and final submissions are expected to be completed by May 14, 1999.
