To "Don Hand". Yes - i am starting to believe that you are right about this whole stock split "thing". however - before i totally "bail-out" of this company ENTIRELY let me "run" this plan by you. (BTW) this "plan" was suggested to me by a very good friend of mine and a very smart woman whose advice i ALWAYS listen to. actually she is also a member of this board. her "name" is "Aduke". anyway - she thinks that it would be a very smart idea for me to SELL all of my FTRK stock today - since i have a lot of equity in my FTRK stock investment (which i do) and then immediately BUY a whole "sh*t-pot-load" of CLRT stock with my profits made via just selling my FTRK stock. HMMMM - this sounds like an EXTREMELY wise (profitable) plan to me. however - i would REALLY appreciated on hearing YOUR thoughts regarding the "plan" - all of the "good, bad, and the ugly". would you please give me those thoughts A.S.A.P. (like this morning) because i think that i am going to do exactly this today - but i would REALLY like to hear from you first (1st.)!! take care, my friend.

Been There, Done That

The last time I was involved in a reverse split, the stock opened the morning after the effective date, up by the split ratio, and then some. Don't forget that may funds are limited as to how low priced a stock they can buy. The usually touted number is $5.00 per share, but that is certainly not universal.

regards..
