Thanks for the news. The price difference between Taiwan and USA markets has troubled me for a while. I just cannot make any sense out of it. According to the news, under some restrictions, the stock/ADR conversion might make the markets more efficient. But my question is how efficient it can be? And coming back to what troubled me at the first place, what was the cause of such huge price difference? Is the supply-and-demand the only reason? Or there were something anticipating?
