Perferred is a great to playand they do typically lag the common in most cases. But your sysnopsis is accurate in accordance to what I know and have learned. However when it gets close to the conversion you will see a spike in the P and a drop in the common due to arbitrage. Never fails.

BTSing the spike you actually make more money if you were in lower.

Sometimes 10% is all some people want.

I hear or rumor has it there is a major news about to come which should take this one back to its high or higher. Look for a breakout ... 11M OS / 3M in the float of which 1.5M of float is owned by insiders.
