Most have lost over 90% of their investments in this company, some in the high 90's, but that's not enough it seems. Now they want you to put more money in to help save their listing. What arrogance! Why don't we all just sign blank checks and send it to them. They can finish taking what they want. Now one more time everybody....NO ROLLBACK, NO RIGHTS OFFERING, MANAGEMENT, DUE YOUR JOB!!!!

To all shareholders who want to retain their stock, Please remember to send your proxy in! If your broker has it then request it, please. VOTE NO TO THE SHARES CONSOLIDATION! VOTE NO TO THE BOARDS REQUEST TO DILUTE THE SHARES AT THE BOARDS WILL! If you wish to assign your proxy rights for business at the AGM you can contact me at OHT3@webtv.net or dentalirc@prodigy.net. We will represent the stockholders to the best of our ability at the AGM. They apparently have an Indonesian block if the board is willing to go out and find a way to get it. They say they are trying to get an Iranian block which will probably be very big and make someone (guess who) alot of money. Yet, getting a smaller Indonesian block (which they may have) could save all of our stock and the NASDAQ listing. Makes you wonder why they can't come up with a small amount of money to save our stock. VOTE NO TO THE CONSOLIDATION OF SHARES! No more rollbacks, please. Keep the faith, Cracker
