Did you see the May 5th Bloomberg article that FIBR is paying 75% annualized interest on a $2.5 million loan? They found that little tidbit in Footnote Q of FIBR's 10-K.

[It was 1.25% a month, for two months. However, there was also a 10% fee due upon repayment. That's (2 x 1.25%) + 10% = 12.5% for two months. Annualize that, and you get 75%.]

I wonder who the lucky loan shark was.
