I do not see NOVT moving up much higher in the short term, short of a really positive announcement. Therefore, would not be a buyer at these levels. Right now I see more down side than up side. I would consider buying below 17 or at higher levels, if warranted by a positive announcement. The recovery to 25 may indicate positive news is on the way. Then again, the price move may just be the result of a rotation into the smaller caps. Below 17, I am a buyer.
