Microforum, SIBN/National Bank, Canadian Black Book and Tim Dealer
Services join forces to create universal financial services platform

TORONTO, May 11 /CNW/ - Microforum President and CEO Howard Pearl and
SIBN President Richard Carter will jointly unveil a new online financial
services platform created to revolutionize the credit approval process for
financial institutions.
The new platform will allow vendors (initially automotive dealers) to
acquire high-speed approvals to client financing applications from multiple
financial institutions through a single site on the Internet. For financial
institutions, it will streamline their in-house approval processes and
eliminate the need for multiple online systems development.
Also attending the event will be: The Honourable David R. Peterson, P.C.,
Q.C., Chairman of The Board of Directors of Microforum; John Bordignon, Senior
Manager of Intermediary Services of National Bank; and representatives from
Canadian Black Book: William G. Ward, President, Kathy Ward, Director of Sales
