Barry OK... we arrive at the end of June. I'm a bit unhappy with Mark Wilmoth and LEIX at this juncture. He told me that the merger with ORB would occur at or about this time. He also said that any number of things could result in a delay. When I call ORB however.. the June closing is not even mentioned! They have always looked at the end of the summer! I would have sold ORB at 5 3/4 back when Mark gave me that info if I had known the closing was to be end of summer! Not very happy here!!! Why can't these wall street types talk straight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mark
