Let's take a look at some of what the additional financing should allow to be accomplished as the revenue grows to cover the needs of TSIG.com.

1. Hwang will be able to complete the staffing and epuiping of the Silicon Valley office for the Online Division. That will clear the way for the following projects on the table to be worked to completion.

Page links for clients signed for sponsorship of the Card products.
Babe Ruth League
Lifetime Learning
National Music Foundation
Ice Palace
Lightning Hockey Team
USA Volleyball
All Childrens Hospital and other small accounts

Installation of the links to provide additional functions for MyMusicCard site
Amplified
Custom Revolutions
DVD sales

MyNettaxiMusicCard site
UK portal
MyPhotoCard site
Hispanic MyMusicCard site

2. Opening and function of the Irvine fulfillment center.

This is for the fulfillment of the top 100 CDs by TSIG in order to correct a discounting loss on the sale of such and raise the profit margin on the sale of CDs.

It will also be the fulfillment center for the PhotoCard.

3. Staffing the Teleservices Dept with the necessary personnel as the Signature Group transfers business.

4. Placing increased efforts into the execution of the existing Card deals to enhance productivity.

5. Additional staffing in the sales and marketing efforts of the Card clientel search and then continuing Card sales efforts.

As always, my opinion
