Gentlemen, The failure of Zonagen to receive FDA approval is a major plus for Vivus and certainly strengthens our end at the negotiating table for the quest for a domestic partner. So what is the next round of good news? In the short term I am told that Spain and Italy are in the bag and should be announced no later than by the end of next week. The premature ejaculation patent can be announced any day now. And a tidbit for RT: I am told that NF has left Vivus as head of Corporate Communications. Hopefully her replacement will know how to beat the shorts at their own game by reporting significant news the moment it happens and responding to any of their bs the moment they put it out. How'd you like them apples?
