Morgan, I agree that traders should be cautious. However, I think the feeling now is that internet stocks will go higher. Other tech stocks could go down if the interest rates keep going up. To me it appears that net stocks are immune to such a rate increase in the 30yr bond.

I think the NBC deal with Xoom is sending the signal that many traditional media/entertainment companies are going to make lots of these types of agreements which should keep a bottom on net stocks. I don't have too much in internet stocks but I have added to some positions today going over my usual upper limits for that sector.
