I've a hunch that it isn't a major ISP. But from what I could tell when I called the company, they are VERY busy and are getting way more interest in the affiliate program than they expected. I've been running web sites since 7/95, and I have seen the progression of affiliate programs. You can take it with a grain of salt, but all one needs to do is look about the web for the number of sites who carry books from amazon.com, toys from etoys, movies from reel.com, and a couple hundred additional revenue-generating programs, to see that this is a successful model.
