Scott, I plan on doing so but am waiting for either the GIC arb decision or an IPR settlement announcement. There is a time to talk and a time to listen and the latter mode seems prudent at this time. The retail strategy for Gemstar's GuidePlus+ Gold system is performing well and that factor in the equation is better defined than the others at this time. The revenues in this emerging industry are significant as the players are powerful. I often hear the 'toll booth' analogy applied to certain technologies but it is my opinion that it doesn't get any better than this if Gemstar prevails. Regards Stew
