According to Briefing.com, TSCM will already be trading at a 24% premium to MKTW at the OFFERING PRICE. If TSCM opens at a 100% premium to MKTW, as Briefing proposes, then it will be around $31. Marketwatch is only up a couple of bucks, an that's probably just due to the renewed interest generated by TSCM.
