The fact that InvestRight does private placements is clearly printed in the InvestRight Club thread header: Subject 25983 The private placement has been mentioned numerous times on the RDIM thread by me and others. Everyone who has done any real due diligence here is aware of that fact. What is upsetting those short on RDIM is that RDIM wants to move higher today and not lower. Check out the posts that go all the way back to December on the private placement. Tinsoldier is guilty of libel once again: techstocks.com Those who took part in the private placement are not insiders and have absolutely no reason to have to disclose anything but I certainly have. As I have stated before I want RDIM to trade higher. Tinsoldier does not because he is short on the stock in my opinion. Regards, Jeff
