Kenny, Kenny, Kenny,

Talk about blowing smoke!! This is all very old news. Everyone has a right to their opinion, and I have never argued with intelligent discussion of anything, but you, as a non-shareholder, have repetitively bashed this stock over and over again with the same old song. Don't you think the others on the thread have a little more intelligence?

1) Do you deny that this "Preliminary Prospectus" is nothing more than the registration statement that was mandated in the original PP agreement?

2) Do you not see the words... "up to"?

3) Do you not see the words... "may acquire"?

4) Have you bothered to do any further due diligence on this company to see any of the positive things... the high-powered management team assembled, the deals already made and with whom, the alliances already made and with whom... pretty heavy weight people and groups?

5)Do you believe the members of this thread are stupid and don't have the ability to read... and only Kenny & Co. is going to save them from their ignorance?

Sorry, Kenny... it is you who are blowing smoke. Forget your credibility and your integrity and morality. Every startup/turnaround company has growing pains, but I know of very few who have accomplished what TSIG has publicly announced in such a short time. Yes, changes are necessary and, IMO, I believe they will occur... all for the benefit of the shareholders. You are not one of them... quite obviously. So just what is your real motivation?

Best always,

Marty
