Lee:

When I talked to Jack recently, 50M shares out, and he was trying to raise capital to move a machine from Washington to Pennsylvania. He mentioned the need for issuing about 10M more shares.

But that has all changed. There are 100M shares authorized, and if you read the PR, marketing, PR, IR, new management all need to get paid. The PR mentions managing expenses, but clearly you will see new shares be issued to raise capital. How much dillution will depend on the companies ability to raise the share price prior to raising capital. It takes money to make money, and that is why I mentioned the only way to evaluate if the money will be well spent is to evaluate managements abilities in the past.

I do not understand how the internet plays into this, unless it is just a politically correct word to use when trying to raise capital.
