Since the filing for the period ended 4/30/99 is a year end, Starnet technically has 90 days to file. Rumor has it, however, that the company is attempting to rush the filing to correspond with the NASDAQ listing.

Regarding time frame for NASDAQ approval, it's true that WAVX has been waiting since 1/29. BIDS (formerly BII.TO), on the other hand, was recently listed after only an 8 week wait. According to NASDAQ, the average time to process an application is approximately 6 to 8 weeks, but can vary significantly depending on how much supplementary documentation is required from the company. SNMM's attorneys consulted with NASDAQ prior to filing the application. It appeared as of the date of filing (3/11) that everything was in order. So it seems unlikely that SNMM will be kept waiting as long as WAVX. It has now been over 8 weeks. We may be waiting a bit longer. Then again, the listing could come any day.

Hope this helps.
