I am sorry, Frank, but I disagree with you. I know the terms Moore sets forth in the book, and I am quite familiar with the key aspects of a silverback vs a King.

The point that I am making, and the point that you and the rest of the Board seems to be in disagreement with me on, is my belief that ATHM will have a defacto proprietary lock on the HFC broadband access market. This is not simple case of an ignorant child making silly assumptions about a company with "large market share." ATHM's case is much more credible than that.

I think you are underestimating where this market is headed and how credible I believe ATHM's management will be in executing its broadband strategy on behalf of the AT&T conglomerate.
