Just called the number. Talked to someone who was answering the phones there who answered "Life Foundation Trust". He said he was not an answering service but someone in the offices themselves. He did confirm there really was a Jeanette Wilcher that ran the fund but he didn't know if the fund was registered anywhere or anything at all for that matter.
