Tim, Okay, what makes more sense, wait and see if you can get a real attorney, simultaneously finding out if you have a process and anything to fight for. Or...... Hire a "sleazeball attorney" who will probably mess up the case anyway? what is gained by your proposed sequence of events that can't be done more efficiently and with greater chances for success by prioritizing your cash and needs? I am not saying that finding out the truth of past events is without merit. It most certainly is with great merit. I just think that everything has it's place and time, a period wherein you have the greatest chances for success. JMHO, Mark
