I don't know that Steve Bradford has committed any crimes as an invididual. But, if HITT "forgot" to mention existing lawsuits against an officer (Dorian Reed) in their documents filed with SEC, it could be construed as illegal. It could severly jeopardize their hopes of ever getting on the NASDAQ, and could lead to a delisting to pink sheets. Don't know for sure, but I am glad I am out. Being tied in with someone who has FRAUD hanging over their head is NEVER a good thing. Not sure where this stock is finding support, but I'd pay close attention to the people who are shorting it. Mr Pink is rarely wrong and I wouldn't mess with a stock if he says it is going down. Not hyping or bashing. Just trying to be objective. Do as you wish and I hope it works out for your best. Mayor
