Neglecting to detail information in an SEC filing is against the law. Why do you want to rehash it? It is what it is. If there is outstanding litigation involving the party of Dorian Reed, and if Dorian Reed is indeed an officer with Hits Galore, than HITT was negligent in not reporting this information to the SEC. It's really very simple. Other than a topsy turvy day for shareholders, I do not know what the future implications are. Just observing...

Hogs get butchered. Your cost basis must be low. Take your profit. This not the issue that'll make you rich. Its classic. You still have a lot on the table you can recover. Do it now. Walk away with something. The word FRAUD is the death knell.
