Well, "information" comes in various flavors; if any of us posts as alleged facts something that is inaccurate, than surely we all benefit from it being challenged. djane wasn't posting his opinion or alleging facts of his own. He was "re-publishing" an article; the existence and content of the article becomes information that investors have to deal with, whether accurate or not.
