Wanna bet they got "friends of company" treatment on TSCM IPO? I would guess they each received at LEAST 1000 shares (and maybe several to 10K shares) at $19. Cramer remembered those who made him - TSCM would not be ANYWHERE near the deal it was if not for his very regular CNBC appearances. Just so my comment isn't taken wrong, good for him and them! Just that disclosure is a funny thing. Think we'd ever see Insana hard-ball question Cramer (Haines is too close and nobody would take such a grilling from him very seriously) about TSCM's valuation?
