Good question. I couldn't blame the Chinese Gov't if they weren't as open to trade with CDA (at least in the short term). These NATO guys either have another agenda, or they're relatively incompetent. If you recall, the Chinese pres/premier said this conflict could escalate to wwIII (Globe and Mail, April??). Just a tad sensitive then, and a whole lot more now.

Let's hope for the best.
