Biotechs are surely intriguing but also confusing. The thing about ICOS that always interested me was the management. George Rathman has a stellar reputation in the biotech world. Also Bill Gates owns approximately 14% and is on the board of directors. Those two things alone would suggest a closer investigation of a company like ICOS. There is also so much potential in the future for biotechnology, in some ways reminds one of the beginnings of the internet.
