It says too many people are short Bonds and may be it's near bottom. Who knows? These bond traders flip on a dime. One thing INSP is doing so far, consolidates on low volume and moves on more than 1M shares. Very strong. In my opinion, if INSP comes down below $50 on heavy volume, it's not worth the risk. Strong stocks should never make it easy for anyone to get in. For INSP, anything below $55 means easy stock to me because it has broken $60 for almost 3.5 hours or so today. If Nasdaq tanks due to FOMC, then of course every stock is in trouble.

If INSP clears, $70 or so, then psychology shifts. Split fever may take hold. Time will tell...
