There are two classifications of change: proactive and reactive. You assume HD is restructuring in reaction to some unspecified circumstance which will adversely affect quarterly results. Taint necessarily so!

HD could be proactively changing its structure to optimize for future growth. This is a sign of superior management.

Why project other companies' disappointments onto a company that has consistently grown faster than the overall market? Your 70% chance of a negative outcome simply means to me a 70% chance that you're wrong.
