Another plan that seems obvious is that GNET is trying to get the names and the numbers of members of Hypermart, and then set up services such as auctions between the members where the margins of profit are higher for GNET.

Oh, I see. So the main intent behind the existence of hypermart is not to facilitate the Net shopper? What brings a potential business to want to use hypermart? Who builds and maintains the site? How does that compare to doing that on your own? What advantage is there from doing business with other hypermart members?
