I too would be interested to see the "churn rate" for the last six months. I doubt that the number of those turning to high speed dedicated access would even approach the number of new 'Internet virgins' though. IDirect (in Ontario anyway) has always marketed themselves to 'the new user'. They'll gain a lot more customers than they'll lose with that strategy (IMHO).
