Well, SI is a private organization. They don't have to be consistent if they choose not to do so. I agree they've probably have been pressured to censor these posts. I would have a lot more respect for SI if they'd assert their First Amendment rights. But I guess they've decided they'd rather save the legal fees than have my (and others) respect. (reference deleted) has shown that they are willing to file frivolous SLAPP suits in order to intimidate folks. But as long as it's not the gov't doing the censoring the censorship itself is not a First Amendment issue, IMO.
